Why produce an allergic reaction? Well, we could say that it is a response or overreaction of the body in contact with any foreign substance called an allergen. This line could cite three typical female allergies: urticaria, contact dermatitis and atopic dermatitis.

What factors come into play for you to develop such an allergy? There are several, but the estate is important because it can be born predisposed to this disease. Also, if one of your parents, let alone two, are allergic have more numbers than anyone else. Another factor we must not forget is stress. To name something else, we can say that traditional Chinese medicine used this plant to treat hepatitis, jaundice, vomiting, inflammation, constipation … and of course, anti-allergic.

But back to the subject of allergies and the decoction of licorice. Boil a handful of chopped licorice root (30 grams) in one liter of water for about 5 minutes. When you begin to feel allergy symptoms, take a teaspoon of the decoction three times a day for six days. Refrain from preparing this remedy if you’re hypertensive.

Curiously, the honey, the product of the flowers and pollen, has been used since the “dawn of time” to combat the symptoms of allergies. You can take a tablespoon of honey every morning. In this way strengthen your body against external attacks thanks to its antibacterial properties.
